"I just wanted to send a quick email to applaud one of your employees, Kenda, with whom I have communicated on two different issues twice this week. Kenda's quick response to a maintenance request I sent through your website was impressive, as she phoned me within an hour or so of my making the request. She listened attentively to our maintenance needs, expressed regret that the issue has lingered (despite our having previously asked for redress of the issue), and assured me that she would follow up with the appropriate vendor. While on the line with her, I brought up a separate issue, which she also said she would look into. Assurances unkept are the currency of poor service, of course, so I really want to applaud Kenda for quickly following through on hers. Indeed, within 48 hours of our sole discussion, both of our maintenance needs were resolved to our definite satisfaction. Furthermore--and this to me is really impressive--Kenda phoned again this morning just to make sure that both tasks had been taken care of by the appropriate vendors. A really good service ethic, not to mention a very personable communication style, Kenda certainly has. She is definitely a keeper at DPM. I just thought you should know that, especially as people don't often enough receive deserved compliments for good work these days! "
