Vacation Property Rentals

Many people travel to Durango on vacation.  Some stay a few nights.  Some stay for months.  We are proud to manage and represent multiple owners of vacation rental properties.  Always fully furnished, these gorgeous properties typically fall into two categories:  1) Nightly rentals and 2) Short term rentals, 30+ days.  We market your property, find guests, collect payments, manage vendors, clean between guests and field guest requests and comments.  We keep your property in top shape so that your guests will have a memorable and enjoyable Durango vacation.

Tenant Procurement & Placement

Do you enjoy managing the day-to-day tasks associated with your rental property but do not want to search for tenants? At Durango Property Management, we will find a tenant for you. We will manage the tenant application and screening process, complete the lease documents and coordinate the move-in with your tenant. You continue doing what you enjoy, managing your property.

House Checks for Vacant Homes

Do you have a vacation home that you leave vacant for extended periods of time? Durango Property Management will perform regular and recurring in person visits to your vacant home, inspecting for common issues that can occur during your absence. We coordinate with your chosen vendors for repairs and follow up with them to ensure the work is complete.

Homeowners Association (HOA) & Commercial Association (COA) Management

As your community HOA Manager, when you hire Durango Property Management, we are your partner. We will manage your Homeowner or Commercial Association and be a responsive partner to all of the homeowners of the community, the Board of Directors and all vendors who help keep your community an attractive place to live. Among the many duties that we will perform, the Top 3 are financial, physical and administrative management of your HOA / COA. As homeowners and commercial tenants move into and out of your community and buildings, we will oversee these transitions, easing the process.
